What happens after I sign up?
These answers explain the real operating model of the platform so users know what is included, what is self-service, and when additional services are required.
What is the exact signup flow?
First, choose your website name and preferred suffix. Next, enter your email address and card details to begin the 7-day free trial. After that, the system starts provisioning in the background. You usually wait a few minutes, then receive an email with the launch URL for your new site.
What arrives in the email?
The email tells you that your site is being prepared and includes the link you need to open Launchpad. That launch page is where you begin the final initialization of your WordPress website.
What happens during initialization?
You will be asked to enter your website title, plus the username and password you want to use for WordPress administration. We recommend using the suggested strong password and keeping your credentials somewhere safe, because you are responsible for remembering them.
How long does setup take?
Provisioning typically starts immediately after checkout and the site should be ready within a few minutes. Once you begin initialization, finishing the WordPress setup usually takes about three to five minutes before you are taken into the dashboard.
How do I edit the website after setup?
After initialization, you land in the WordPress dashboard. From there you choose your preferred template direction, colors, and fonts, then go to `Pages` in the left sidebar to edit page content. The visual editor lets you work directly on the page, so what you see while editing closely matches the final page visitors will see.
Do you provide content, images, or design support?
No. This platform is self-service. You are responsible for the text, images, and layout decisions on your site. If you need a team to design and build a customized website for you, that is a separate paid service handled through our existing support and consulting workflow.
What is included in the platform support?
The platform mainly provides website hosting and a limited operational promise that the WordPress site itself should run normally. It does not include deep support for your branding, your copy, your page design, or broader business requirements.
Can I install my own WordPress plugins?
No. Custom plugin installation is not allowed on this platform for security and stability reasons. The service focuses on core WordPress functionality and a controlled editing environment.
Is this suitable for advanced projects like ecommerce or custom integrations?
Not on the self-service platform alone. If you need ecommerce, headless integrations, custom plugin behavior, or a more advanced website stack, those are separate value-added services. We can connect you with a partner organization and scope the project independently.
How do billing and refunds work?
You receive a full 7-day free trial before billing begins. After the trial ends, the chosen monthly or annual plan starts automatically. Because the platform already provides a full trial window, charges for time already used after billing starts are non-refundable.
