Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Web.CI platform. By starting a trial or paid subscription, you agree to these terms.

1. Service scope

Web.CI provides a self-service website hosting platform built around managed WordPress installations on free `.web.ci` addresses. The service is intended for users who want to launch and maintain their own website.

2. Self-service model

The platform does not include done-for-you design, copywriting, image creation, branding strategy, or advanced consulting. You are responsible for your own website content, page edits, credentials, and publishing decisions.

3. Supported website stack

Sites on this platform run on WordPress and use the free, managed components we provide, including Elementor-based editing workflows where available. Custom WordPress plugin installation is not permitted for security and platform stability reasons.

4. Account setup and credentials

During initialization, you choose the website title and the WordPress admin username and password. You are responsible for storing those credentials securely. We recommend using strong passwords and rotating them if you believe they have been exposed.

5. Billing

The platform includes a 7-day free trial before billing begins. After the trial, your selected monthly or annual subscription renews automatically unless canceled. Annual plans may include discounted pricing compared with the monthly plan.

6. Limited operational support

Our responsibility is limited to providing the hosting platform and reasonable efforts to keep the service operating normally. We do not guarantee support for content issues, layout preferences, conversion performance, branding outcomes, or third-party business workflows.

7. Custom work and advanced projects

Requests for ecommerce, custom integrations, headless builds, advanced functionality, or full-service website design are outside the standard platform subscription. Those needs may be handled separately by partner organizations or custom service engagements at additional cost.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, abusive content, security testing against systems you do not own, spam, malware distribution, or any use that threatens platform stability or other customers. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if payments fail, if subscriptions are canceled, if chargebacks occur, or if platform policies are violated. You may stop using the service by canceling your subscription through the Billing Portal or another approved billing workflow.

10. Changes to the service

We may update pricing, features, platform components, and operating policies as the service evolves. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
