Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for subscriptions started through Web.CI.

1. Free trial comes first

Every eligible subscription starts with a 7-day free trial before billing begins. This trial period is intended to give you enough time to evaluate the platform, the setup process, and whether the service fits your needs.

2. No refund for already used paid time

Once the free trial ends and paid billing begins, charges for service time already used are non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.

3. Cancel before the trial ends

If you do not want to continue, cancel before the end of the 7-day trial to avoid being charged. Cancellation can be managed through the Billing Portal or another approved billing channel.

4. Renewals

Subscription renewals are billed automatically based on the plan you selected. If you do not want a renewal to occur, you must cancel before the next billing date.

5. Custom services are separate

Any separate consulting, custom design, advanced implementation, or partner-led project work is not covered by this platform refund policy and may have its own contract terms.

6. Billing errors

If you believe there has been a duplicate charge or another clear billing mistake, contact us promptly so we can review the issue. This policy does not limit refunds that may be required by applicable law.
